Candice and the Legacy Band were the PERFECT party starters for Julianne + Jack’s wedding at Jasna Polana. I worked with Candice the final month leading up to the wedding in the capacity of a day-of wedding coordinator and, of course, throughout the event itself. Candice was an absolute GEM — clearly communicating her and her team’s needs and expectations while also being flexible with the hopes of the couple. As timelines adjusted throughout the event, we were so in tune, resulting in a seamless transition from cocktail hour, to reception, through dinner, toasts, and dances. And the band!! Oh my gosh, they were fabulous! So much energy, such fabulous vocalists, talented musicians, and in sync sound team. It truly seemed like the vibes kept flowing throughout the night — Jules + Jack were on the dance floor ALL NIGHT, which is all a coordinator can hope for. Thank you Candice and Legacy for being absolutely magical!

We are so happy that we booked Legacy for our wedding band at the Jasna Polana! They kept the party going all night long and we received so many compliments on how amazing our band was throughout the night! I provided them with several must play songs and they filled in the gaps seamlessly to make the night flow! One thing that I loved that they did was they performed slower songs throughout dinner service for a nice romantic ambiance. They also had a phenomenal stage presence and came out into the crowd on several occasions which helped excite the crowd. We had a 150 person wedding and almost everyone was on the dance floor at all times! Thank you Legacy for an amazing night!

I could not recommend Legacy more! Candice and team made the whole process simple. We even met them before signing our contract as they were performing down the shore. Candice helped answer several questions on her break and made the planning process a breeze. We didn’t utilize a stage making for more interaction amongst the singers and guitar players.

Legacy band absolutely killed it at our wedding. The music was incredible for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. A full live band makes a big difference. Friends and family were coming up to us all night saying how phenomenal the band was. Legacy band was also easy to work with to make our day go smoothly and how we wanted; very accommodating. I highly recommend checking the band out for your next event!

We used Legacy for our wedding and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! Hands down my favorite part of the wedding and the part we get the most compliments on from guests. Candice, the band’s leader and our contact was responsive and very helpful. She was receptive to our requests, like for the music to be quieter during dinner. We even used two the pianist and guitarist for our ceremony, saxophone and pianist for our cocktail our, and Candice DJed our after party. We HIGHLY recommend Legacy and would book them again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!

We honestly could not have asked for a better wedding band. They completely made the night and kept the energy up from start to finish. We wanted to make sure to include Italian music and they djed it in seamlessly. The dance floor was packed, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was. Candice was incredible to work with and made everything feel so easy and personalized. We’re so grateful they were part of our wedding and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

Candice and the Legacy Band absolutely CRUSHED it! We hired them 2 years before the wedding because we knew how impactful the band would be to the energy in the room. The energy was contagious and the band was immaculate. They had an outfit change; they were swaying on beat to dances and speeches. It was perfection. Candice was so great to work with. They played all the songs we requested, learned a few for us and performed for us from start to finish - ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I could not recommend them enough!! They are so talented - each one of them- and truly went above and beyond. Book them before they book out!!!

Legacy Band was absolutely incredible—truly beyond even my already high expectations. They were phenomenal. Every guest commented that they were the best band they’ve ever seen at a wedding. I had the night of my life, in large part because of the energy and joy they brought into the room. Some of my favorite photos are from the end of the night—dancing our hearts out and especially being up on stage for the final songs. Candice was an absolute joy to work with throughout the planning process: organized, accommodating, and thoughtful. She made our entrance and first dance seamless. Every member of the band was warm, joyful, and professional—even when one of them handed me the mic for my toast, her smile immediately put me at ease. Choosing Legacy Band was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding. We must have looked at close to 50 bands before being introduced to Legacy Band —and we were instantly sold. I’ll always look back on that night with immense gratitude for the gift of having them perform at our celebration. We truly couldn’t be more pleased and I wish I could redo the night just to hit the dance floor with them one more time!

There is a reason that Legacy only has 5 star reviews on TheKnot. They absolutely blew us away at our wedding. They sounded incredible from start to finish, and we lost count of how many guests came up to tell us how amazing the band was. They brought so much energy, fun, and talent to the night, and they kept the dance floor packed through out the evening. Candice was also fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made communication feel easy and seamless. Working with her put us at ease leading up to the day. Even a week later, our guests are still raving about how great Legacy was. We couldn’t have asked for a better band to help make our wedding unforgettable. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing evening with Legacy and could not recommend them more highly. The band has incredible range, playing everything from Motown/disco hits, to classic rock, to contemporary pop, and everything in between. Their ability to play off each other, gauge the crowd, and seamlessly transition to the next song is an art form. They personally learned and played our parent dances to perfection, which meant so much to the both of us. We contracted the band for our cocktail hour as well, which included a smooth duet set and during the dinner hour several vocalists gave solo background performances which were extraordinary. Needless to say, the ensemble together kept the dance floor full all night long to the point where nobody wanted the party to end. Their band leader, Candice, was extremely communicative and easy to work with. If we could turn back time and run it back with them again, we absolutely would. We cannot thank them enough for a celebration of a lifetime!

Our wedding was 10/18/2025 and I couldn’t wait to write this review. You NEED Legacy at your wedding. Nothing beats a live band, but truly no one can top Legacy. From the moment we booked, I knew we were in good hands. Candice, the band leader, is very organized & communicative. She made sure every detail was covered. The bands ability to read the room and play songs that fit every genre is amazing. The dance floor was jam packed the entire night. Our guests were chanting “Encore!” at the end of the night because no one wanted them to stop. If you want your guests talking about your wedding for weeks, to months, even years after your big day, you need Legacy. They are truly the best.

I could not recommend Legacy band more. They were simply phenomenal, kept energy high consistently for all 5 hours and our dance floor was packed nonstop! They learned many new songs for us to tailor the night to exactly what we imagined! They even surprised us by learning our father daughter dance song which they didn’t have to do! Legacy was the best band for our wedding!! They were super easy to communicate with and nailed every song! Candace went through every detail with us prior to the wedding so we knew what to expect and accommodated our song choices wonderfully. Our guests loved them! BOOK LEGACY!!! From the start, they were so easy to work with— Candice was amazing, super approachable and friendly, laid-back, and made everything feel so seamless! One of our favorite moments was when they played the Penn State Zombie Nation song. They watched a youtube video and announced our names like they do in Beaver Stadium—”Are you ready for Mr. and Mrs…” . It was a very thoughtful detail that meant a lot to us and Candice made us feel like she was just as excited as we were! The whole band had great energy, and so many of our guests came up to us saying how amazing they were. Couldn’t have asked for a better group to help make the night so memorable!

Legacy Band was a highlight for us! We were married in October in Selbyville, DE. The band was so much fun and the music selection was fantastic! Our guests are still talking about how much they loved the band! Candice was a pleasure to work with and provided great guidance as we discussed the reception timeline. The band also supported our ceremony from conducting a sound check to supplying us with a generator so our ceremony musicians could play from the first tee. Candice and team made the planning fun and seamless. Legacy Band is outstanding and I couldn’t recommend a better band- they are exceptional, a 10/10!
